..::Ministry of the Interior::Republic of Ghana::.. - Renunciation of Ghanaian Citizenship

i) Purchase of Renunciation Form 13 from the nearest Mission or from the Ministry of the Interior, Ghana, at the cost of Two Hundred Cedis (¢200.00)

ii) Completion of forms (Form 13) and submission through our Mission abroad to the Hon. Minister for the Interior, Accra, for processing.

iii) Attachments:

CV
Evidence of not being indebted to the Ghana Government, if applicant went on further studies abroad under Ghana Government Scholarship.
Assurance letter form the country that the applicant intends to take up nationality.
Two (2) recent passport sized photographs.
Photocopy of receipt of payment
Two (2) photocopies of Form 13 duly completed.
Photocopy of Ghanaian Passport.

NB:
The Certificate would be signed by the Hon. Minister for the Interior and sent through our respective Missions so that the Ghanaian passport can be retrieved.

Please ensure that the forms are duly paid for. Also ensure that there are no alterations to the forms.
