Lifting of curfew on Bomaa Township and its environs in the Ahafo Region

The Minister for the Interior, on the advice of Ahafo Regional Security Council, has lifted the curfew on Bomaa Township and its environs in the Ahafo Region with immediate effect. This has been necessitated by the genuine desire of the Chiefs and people of the area to sustain peace in the area as well as the improvement in the security situation in the area.
