The Director-General of the Internal Audit Agency, Dr. Eric Oduro Osae inaugurated a five-member Audit Committee of the Ministry of the Interior in Accra.
The Committee is chaired by Mr. Daniel Kwadwo Boakye from the Internal Audit Agency and the members are Dr. Kwabena Nyarko-Otoo, Internal Audit Agency, Mr. Daniel Kwasi Bentum Bentil, Institute of Chartered Accounts- Ghana, Mr. Solomon Tetteh Mensah, Ministry of the Interior and Mr. Dominic Afriyie Agyemang, Ministry of the Interior.
Dr. Oduro Osae urged the Committee to play their role well and help the Ministry to put in place good systems toward achieving prudent use of resources for the progress of the Country.
The Chief Director of the Ministry of the Interior, Mrs. Adelaide Anno-Kumi, congratulated the members of the committee for accepting to serve the nation. She expressed her confidence that the Ministry and the committee will work together successfully to achieve the vision of Government.
